A: No. It is a 21+ up event. No children allowed.

A: Valet and street parking is available as first come first serve. There are also additional parking garages and lots that are within walking distance. They are  located below:

Q: Where is ride share pick up and drop off?

A: Rideshare pick up and drop offs on the West side of The Statler located from the corner of Commerce St and St Paul.

Q: How do I make my table liquor selection?

A: Our representative will reach out to you directly to takedown your table liquor selection.

Q: What if I am running late to dinner?

A: You will have a 15 min grace period. If you arrive later, you will not be seated. Please arrive 15 mins before your scheduled reservation. No refunds or exchanges will be given to this that were unable to attend dinner on time.

Q: How do I make my dinner selection?

A: Our representative will reach out to you directly to takedown you and your guests dinner selection.

Q: Can I book dinner for a large party?

A: Yes, we can accommodate larger parties of 7 and more. Please call or text (469)690-9085 for dinner parties of 7 or more.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Dress to impress is the dress code. Cocktail attire(long dress shirts/button downs, coats, sports coats, blazers). Formal wear is highly encouraged. Apparel like sports gear and casual attire will not be allowed entry. No tennis shoes or sneakers.

Q: Do we have to wear a mask?

A: No, masks are not required but highly encouraged.

Q: Will you be providing masks for the attendees?

A: No, masks are not provided. Please bring your own.

Q: Do you have coat check?

A: Yes. It will be located on the second floor outside of the ballroom entrance by the embassy suites.

Q: Can I pick up my wristbands early?

A: Yes. We will have will call open on Sat, Dec 30th from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. And on Sun, Dec 31st from 10:00AM to 5:00PM and 8:00PM to close.

Q: Where is will call located? (Where to pick up wristbands)

A: On the first floor to the right of the lobby inside The Statler. There will be tables located in front of Scout.

Q: Where is the VIP line?

A: The VIP line is located on the left of the will call section closest to Scout.

Q: When do the doors open to the ballroom?

A: 9:00PM

Q: When is Open Bar available?

A: 10:00PM - 2:00AM

Q: Do you accept Apple Pay?

A: No.

Q: Do you accept contactless payments?

A: No.

Q: Will there be a cash bar?

A: Yes. All of the bars will accept cash and chipped cards.

Q: Do you offer any special room rates?

A: Unfortunately, we do not. Please contact the hotel for any room rate promos if they have any available.

A: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please double check your selection before purchasing.
